Product Description
This riser clamp is for suspending vertical steel pipe or copper tube risers. Slotted holes ease assembly. Bolts are accessible from the front; the serrated washer head design means no wrench is required on the backside for tightening.

Installation: Clamp is fitted and bolted below a coupling, hub or welded lugs on steel pipe (2 lugs up to 3" pipe, 4 lugs up to 12" pipe). Bolt torques should be per industry standards. The clamp is designed for standard steel pipe O.D. and this must be considered in sizing the riser for other types of piping.

Instructions for easy installation: attach 2 halves of the clamp around the pipe using 2 bolts (directly below welded shear lugs) / tighten bolts till clamp holds the pipe securely / lay clamp on the floor

Function: supports vertical piping tightly at floor level and transfers the load to the building structure
Specifications: fits pipe 3 in. / maximum temperature 450°F / maximum load 500 / designed for standard iron pipe
Durable: top-quality epoxy coated steel construction for ultimate performance and corrosion resistance
Epoxy coating: specialized 8-step coating process for superior corrosion and abrasion resistance
